STEP 1: At night, write down everything you have going on the next day (if you already have a routine that has your schedule locked in, just pull out your schedule)
STEP 2: For each item on your calendar, ask yourself THESE THREE questions:
- For you to show up at your best physically, mentally, and emotionally for __________ (i.e. event in your calendar)…
- What am I going to eat?
- How much am I going to eat?
- When am I going to eat it?
- COUPLE NOTES:
- You can cluster your schedule
- Workout block (pre and post)
- Every 3-4 hours
- YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE PERFECT
- You can cluster your schedule
